Sales Operations Support Specialist, List Management

The Role:

Work from Home Position

The Sales Operations Support Specialist (SOSS) will work closely with the Messaging Sales Team, providing support through managing existing projects and following objectives through to completion. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling the bulk of internal processes, identifying, inputting and monitoring requests and issues, conducting internal compliance audits, and utilizing our CRM.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and internal tasks to support the sales team
  • Execute intra- and interdepartmental audits
  • Perform data entry tasks for Sales Team
  • Manage communication between Sales and Operations teams
  • Manage interdepartmental projects and track progress

You Today:

Experience

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, but not mandator

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to learn and excel in new processes
  • The ability to manage and follow through on projects
