Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and oversee high ROI digital marketing channels including SEM, Social, Display, Native, Programmatic and Direct buys. 

  • Optimize and grow existing and new high-performing search campaigns in Google and Bing. 

  • Monitor and scale large keyword groups by optimizing bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. 

  • Oversee large budgets and manage campaigns that exceeded ROI targets and channel KPIs across multiple platforms. 

  • Through a test-and-learn approach scale new performance marketing channels with defined KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Site, Content, and Development teams to execute audience-centric and ROI-driven campaigns. 

  • Create go-to-market plans for target audiences with performance marketing and mid/upper funnel channels and strategies that will drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. 

  • Drive conversion of prospective consumers to active customers through funnel optimization including A/B and multivariate tests for paid media campaigns and landing pages. 

  • Develop creative and copy briefs that will resonate with target audiences. 

  • Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs for all campaigns and work with BI 
& Analytics team to ensure reporting requirements and dashboards are set-up 
prior to campaign launches and media tests. 

  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, 
and results. 

    Stay up to date with the latest paid media techniques and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals. 

  • This position can be performed anywhere; San Jose, CA, or Fort Lee, NJ areas are preferred. 

You Today:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience working with various paid media tools and analytics engines.
  • Experience with GA, GTM, or Looker a plus.
  • Experience in audience targeting and Influencer paid marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.


  • 5+ years digital marketing and paid media experience.

  • Strong experience in large-scale PPC campaign management in Google Ads and Bing.

  • Proven track record to grow paid media in social media, native, and Display marketing channels.

  • Analytical background with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for media plan creation analysis and campaign reporting.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

  • Comfortable collaborating with team members to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiar with media budgeting/forecasting and campaign reporting
