As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you have an opportunity to be a key strategic contributor to the What If Media Group Sales Team. You will help pinpoint qualified leads for various Sales Team members and set meetings for others to attend to close deals.
A successful SDR at What If Media Group possesses a hunter mentality and has a desire to thrive in an environment where they are responsible for a singular focus on building our new business pipeline and growing our business.
This position requires the right combination of grit, curiosity (What If?), and drive.
In this role you will:
- Source new leads and identify key decision-makers through competitive seeding and the utilization of various prospecting and sales management tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Owler.
- Work effectively with the Sales team to manage pipelines, schedule client meetings, efficiently track information, maintain data that are key indicators of performance and success in the job.
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance.
Education & Experience
- Typically requires a BS/BA or Associates degree, but not mandatory
- Sharp, self-starter, go-getter, motivated by reaching numbers/goals.
- Team player, and excellent listener, assertive and persuasive. Show us your grit!
- Exhibit strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Diligent, conscientious, pays close attention to detail.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with an affinity for engaging with people.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Excel, Asana, Guru and the desire to quickly familiarize yourself with other Sales prospecting and CRM tools.
