Part-Time / Work from Home Position
As an Operations Support Reserve Specialist, you will monitor our automated mailing dashboard to ensure timely sending and will address any campaigns that need manual intervention. You will perform various checks throughout each shift to confirm operations are running smoothly. To succeed in this role, a candidate will have a keen sense of attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve and multitask – all while maintaining a positive attitude. This role also requires flexibility within your schedule, weekend work & some holidays are required.

- One year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- No additional experience is necessary – training will be provided
Ability to work independently in your home office
Self-motivated – Strong written communication skills
Team player mindset with cross-cultural literacy
Comfortable learning new computer-related procedures
Ability to multi-task
Ability to quickly adapt to changes
This is a part-time – work from home – position. The expected shift is 10 – 15 hours per week. This role requires flexibility as weekend and holiday work are required.
