Work from Home Position
As an Operations Support Reserve Specialist, you will monitor our automated mailing dashboard to ensure timely sending and will address any campaigns that need manual intervention. You will perform various checks throughout each shift to confirm operations on the Messaging Team are running smoothly. To succeed in this role, a candidate will have a keen sense of attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve and multitask – all while maintaining a positive attitude

- Chartio Report Checks
- Great American Photo Contest Approvals
- Offer Link Checks
- Content Selection for Campaigns
- Manual Campaign Set Up
- Campaign Offer Swaps Performance Checks
- Resend Management
