We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to help What If Media Group develop its corporate IT policies and processes and to assist our DevOps team in provisioning infrastructure and accounts for our engineering teams. You will be working out of our headquarters in Fort Lee, NJ, with the option to work remotely up to two days a week. Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service, effective response times, and expert insights into general and sometimes complex hardware and software support issues

• Provide on-site and remote support for common hardware and software issues

• Setup and manage accounts and access for users

• Assist in automating computer management tasks

• Assist with security best practices and maintenance

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes for technical and non-technical audiences

• Maintain inventory of equipment and other IT assets
