SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALISTThe Role:
Work From Home Position
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and internal tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and ops staff, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports
- Record sales trends and liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies
- Manage offer caps and associated communication
Create and process requests in a timely manner - Manage customer accounts, follow up with clients for administrative purposes, provide troubleshooting assistance for issues
- Perform data entry tasks for sales, metrics, and other relevant information
- Build new offers, test new offers, set new offers live
- Execute all back-end offer changes
- Manage communication between site sales and site ops teams
- Run prep calls with the sales team
You Today:
Education & Experience

Typically requires a BS/BA or Associate’s degree, but not mandatory.
